Our duty is to represent people from all walks of life. The firm applies principles of the laws and values of our judicial system to the individual needs of each client.

We believe the application of our expertise in the courtroom upholds the rights of those individuals who have been victimized... victimized by medical malpractice, defective products, collisions, job related accidents and other events resulting in death or significant insult to body and the quality of life.

In every stage of the case, the client's needs are foremost is our thoughts. The process of obtaining just and fair compensation for personal loss involves more than a monetary recovery. Personal recovery is required to complete the process... whether it be for property lost, a personal injury to be lived with, or the loss of a loved one.

We recognize that we have a unique opportunity to help you in your recovery process. Past experience has taught us that the way your case is handled will have a great impact on your life. Always the focus of our approach, seeded in our philosophy of practicing law, is serving the individual.

Lee and Ralph Nader and located in Nader's hometown of Winstead, CT. This will America's first museum dedicated entirely to the subject of law, and is intended to help remind Americans of the importance of preserving their Constitutional right to trial by jury that is currently under threat.
