J.D. Lee
J.D. Lee is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and is admitted
before the Tennessee and Federal Bars. He is past President of ATLA,
TLPJ, NBTA, TTLA and is past Chairman of the ABA Trial Techniques
Committee. He is a member of the ABA, International Society of Barristers,
and Inner Circle of Advocates. He has written several books and
numerous articles.
Hon. Joseph H. Rodriguez, Judge, United States
District Court
Hon. Joseph H. Rodriquez is a law graduate of Rutgers University.
He presides on the bench of the District of New Jersey. He is a
member of the ABA, ATLA, International Society of Barristers, and
has served as Chairman, NJ Commission of Investigation.
Sidney Gilreath
Mr. Gilreath was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1963 and practices
in Knoxville. He is admitted to the 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 11th
Circuits and U.S. Court of Appeals. He is a member of IATL, American
College of Trial Lawyers and International Society of Barristers.
He has served as Vice President of ATLA and President of TTLA.
Michael Skeen
Mr. Skeen is a Lee Seminar graduate, Mr. Skeen has practiced law
since 1976. He is a member of both SC and GA Bars, as well as various
Federal Bars.
Dean Robb
Mr. Robb is one of Michigan's most influential attorneys. He is
a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He specializes
in PI with a specialty in products liability and railroad law.
David Lee
Mr. Lee is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Stetson College
of Law, where he served as Assistant Instructor.
W. Holt Smith, Madisonville, TN
Mr. Smith is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He is certified
in Civil Trial Advocacy by NBTA and TN CLE as a trial specialist.
He has handled many personal injury cases in rural areas, including
Porter v. Proffitt's in Bradley Co., TN where the jury returned
a verdict of $10,125,000 for his clients.
